The Shareholder Information System is a comprehensive software solution available from CSE, to manage shareholder affairs. This solution is available under Oracle database in a client/server environment. The client application has been developed using Oracle Forms. The software solution has been applied successfully in practice, and can be used by any joint stock company to manage the shareholder affairs.  This application can be used by the company, as a follow-up to the share flotation.
