IPOMS system which provides solution for the company who wants IPO or Right’s Issue for their firm. The banks or financial group may acts as an floatation manager. The end users will be the banks with different users category like subscription user, FTP user and IPO manager users. The system gets the input with the scrapper run on the client machine with the help of VBScript and MS Access database. Through the scrapper the data is pumped into the IPO System in subscription page which follows the MVC model and some validation are done on bean level and major business validation is done on Database side.
